Our home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and is minutes from the prestigious Rio Grande Country Clubhouse. Our home offers a luxury retreat for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Only 30 minutes from the slopes of Wolf Creek Ski Area, our home is the perfect location for your Colorado vacation. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a large island is perfect for entertaining and gathering after all your day's adventures. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King bed with TV (upper level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed with TV (upper level) 3rd Bedroom - Full beds (two) with TV (upper level) 4th Bedroom - Twin beds (two) with TV (upper level) Our townhome's central location provides easy access to various outdoor activities. Whether it's golfing, skiing, mountain biking, fly-fishing the gold medal waters of the Rio Grande River, or even rafting, guests have an array of options, making our home the perfect base camp for adventure seekers. Located at the base of Wolf Creek Pass, this townhome provides ideal access to Wolf Creek Ski Area in the winter months. Our home is dog-friendly, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. The pet fee is $40 per day and a maximum of $250 per stay. Properties managed by Vacation Rental Collective located in this complex have exclusive access to discounted golf privileges at the Rio Grande Golf Club. VRC guests enjoy a 25% discount on green fees at the Rio Grande Club during their stay. Contact us with additional questions about golfing at the prestigious Rio Grande Golf Course. Additionally, for an optional $25/day resort fee, guests can access the Rio Grande Club's resort amenities, including an outdoor pool (open Memorial Day – Labor Day), a 12-person hot tub, a workout facility, and tennis and pickleball courts. The $25/day resort fee is required to use the above facilities and gold medal fly fishing waters. When booking, advise how many days you would like the $25/day resort fee added to your reservation. Guests also have the flexibility to add this access anytime during their stay. Vacation Rental Collective has the perfect South Fork Vacation Rental, South Fork Cabin, South Fork AirBnB, or South Fork VRBO for you and your group! Whether golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking at the Rio Grande Club, taking in a play at the Creede Repertory Theatre, or skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area, the Vacation Rental Collective has your perfect private South Fork lodging accommodations. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and the 4th of July holidays). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. Most windows were broken and could not easily be opened or closed. The screens were also on terrible shape. The VRBO posting listed TVs in each bedroom but three of them did not work. The sheets and towels are very old and need replaced! We contacted the management company to discuss these concerns and their response was “we are aware of the issues with the TVs and the windows and they will be fixed/replaced after your departure”. This did not help us at all!! The management company also said they would contact the owner to discuss a possible refund but they never provided an updated. This place needs some work. The only thing we would change is the mattresses on queen and king size beds and better shower heads. Otherwise, we had a wonderful visit and will definitely rent this property again.
