Everyone was able to have their own beds, 2 adults, 5 kids ages 17-5\. Kitchen was well stocked and drawers were labeled to make life easier! Family friendly games were also included. Really cool fire pit with seats all around it. Plenty of closet space and storage for everyone’s clothes and luggage. Easy access to Rio Grande. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at the "A Rivers Runs Near It" house. There were only 2 of us in South Fork for a few days for work but the house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We arrived late in early March of 2022 so the house was only 60 degrees inside and took quite a few hours to warm up. But, once we turned the thermostats up and the gas fireplace blower kicked on it was a comfortable temperature by bed time. The location is just a few minutes outside of the heart of South Fork in a quiet subdivision. It's a very nice place to stay and we will definitely consider it again in the future. ##### Zane W.
