Great location just a short drive to all Dennis beaches. Central AC was amazing and kept us quite comfortable. Outdoor space was also plentiful. We loved that the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and walkable. We took some of the restaurant recommendations provided by the owner and had great meals at Sea Dog Brew Pub and Royal II. Highly recommend if you are low-key like us. We drove to other parts of the Cape for daily excursions and the central location of this house made it feel like you weren’t driving all day.
