The staff were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay The location, view, amenities, activities (ask for Victor’s sessions) specific stunning pool, incredibly comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff was I especially enjoyed -thank you (Sandra/concierge) (Jesus, Ana, Reyna -spa- Eduardo, Luz (buffet) the relaxing spa treatments (ask for Reyna). Pedro (s Pool bar) The only downside was the food, two times dinner was cold and salty. "

"Beautiful room and property, right on the beach, but the road to access it is in rough condition. A minor inconvenience, but be aware. Having to run the shower 20 minutes for hot water to appear was my only real complaint. Staff was great, wish we'd been able to stay more than one night. I'd stay there again."
