"A very pleasant stay in a nice hotel in a beautiful location. In the heart of the New Forest and miles of beautiful walks without needing to use your car to access them. Dining options very good with both the Conservatory and Armada restaurant serving very tasty food. The only issue was very slow service at breakfast - having ordered simple mains we waited over 45 for these to arrive - unacceptable for a simple breakfast service. "Very nice hotel, lovely pool, good location and very friendly staff. We had a large, clean, comfortable standard room on the second floor. Loved the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. We did not use the restaurant or bars as they were out of our budget. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We thought it was excellent value for money."

Gardens so pretty , only negative but not really a negative, the rooms are a bit dark and don’t match the coastal theme with the rest of the hotel . Will definitely come back when we cruise again 😁"

"A very comfortable stay with a great room on level 6 providing a view of greater Portsmouth (views of Portchester Castle). Great amenities in the room. Good gym with plenty of equipment though pool / spa was not in order and being renovated. Recommended for those with a vehicle as parking is available and close to main roads M27 etc. "

"You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool. The Haven pool is much safer with wide steps."
