We were thankful for rainy weather because we did not want to leave! Many amenities and thoughtful items, such as soap bars, shampoo, toothbrushes, coffee, games, fishing items, fire pit with wood, and basically everything you need for a fun, enjoyable time. Wonderful property that is so close to Gettysburg, and staying in a piece of history at the same time. Absolutely perfect! Our whole family could be in one place for our daughter's graduation from Gettysburg College....

"It started with Carol and Pete bring us the most delicious home made scones for our breakfast for the next three mornings. The house was so beautiful and well equipped for all your needs. The grounds are well maintained and are the home to donkeys, chickens ( that will provide you with fresh eggs) emus & some neighbors cows.The atmosphere is nothing but peaceful.
