"Charming hotel with decor that evokes a traditional China of the 1920’s, but with thoroughly updated facilities and amenities. "We had a great stay at the beautiful Yangshuo Scenic Mountain Retreat. Our room was nice and comfortable, although in the winter be warned that there is no heating! The wifi works quite well and there is always ginger tea available in the main lobby for guests. We also had very tasty breakfasts (we tried Western and Chinese and both were great), and the hotel also arranged for us to hire some bicycles for the day so we could explore the area. "I was totally impressed. I got in way early. I had to get another day added they charged me same price that I booked at. So helpful I was there during the contra virus they shut down the gym for our protection provided masks checked temps of everyone coming in. Breakfast Buffett was great people awesome chef checked on people all the time. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay. I will be staying there my next trip to Liuzhou."
