We were looking forward to using the indoor pool since it was early February. Unfortunately it was very cold in the pool area, and while the pool was heated it wasn't very warm. You couldn't really just sit and relax around the pool after your swim it was too cold. Loved the fee coffee and fruited water just off the lobby.

Very clean! Amenities in room and in lobby are great! Staff is very nice too. Close to a lot of things and to the University. Would definitely stay there again.

There were two fundamental problems with our stay. Neither had anything to do with a perfectly friendly and helpful staff. The first is that on both nights of our stay there were significant, and I mean significant, problems with the "neighbors" in their room. The first night there appeared to be a dangerous, extremely agitated individual next door involved in some kind of a business transaction that went on for a long time; like hours. We moved our room. The second night there were three couples who were loudly partying in what sounded like hook-up situations. Second, both rooms had significant mildew smell coming out of the heating system. Not a good experience, despite a very nice staff.

Friendly staff. Hotel room left a lot to be desired. Shower had mildew build up along with poorly secured shower fixtures. No microwave or refrigerator available in the room. Pool did not have a hot tub although there was a sauna which was nice. Overall stay wasn’t terrible, but will look elsewhere on my next trip to Burlington.

We stayed at this property for New Years Eve were having a great time until my sister and I left the hotel room. A minute later we were being followed around the hotel by a couple of men that were in the room next to us. We had gotten bad vibes from the GROUP of men staying in that room so we panicked as they were following us and started to run. We didn’t know what to do so we ran to the office at the front desk so the men wouldn’t see us and we wouldn’t be alone. The receptionist was AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL to us and told us to “go back to bed”. We finally went back to the hotel room and in the bathroom, we could hear a woman screaming “Help, please stop, get off me!” So we called front desk for help and they did nothing. We proceeded to call the cops and get the hell away from there as fast as possible. I was promised a refund and have called the hotel multiple times and still have not received a refund. The second time I spoke with the manager she told me she wouldn’t refund me because we were supposably a part of the group that the police removed from the hotel, simply because they were in the room next to us. Needless to say I’m furious and will NEVER stay at this hotel or anyone like it ever again

The staff was very nice; however, for the price, the hotel was VERY dated. My husband got locked in the bathroom and thankfully I was able to open it from the outside of the door. Had no one else been in the room, who knows how long he’d have been stuck in there.

Beautiful Hotel, situated right off the exit, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Pool was great, water temperature was warm. They also had a sauna and it was open till 11 PM

They had a nice pool and even offered a restaurant inside. the location was 7 minutes away from south burlington and that was great!

The restaurant at the property has great food. But there must be huge staff turnover. Extremely slow. Order a beer? Must order three times. Maybe it’ll come. Order soup? Wait 10 minutes for a spoon and napkin. The air ducts in rooms are filled with dust and debris (an inch thick!). It wasn’t a good place to spend 10 nights.

Our check-in time was delayed until 7pm as we waited for the room to be cleaned. When we went into the room, it was apparent that no housekeepers had been in to clean it. The bed was not made up and had dirty sheets from the previous guest. The towels in the bathroom were all over the floor. When we went down to the front desk to request a different room, we were told that there was one available on a different floor. They gave us a new key card and when we tried to enter the new room, there was already a guest staying in there that we walked in on. An employee from the front desk said he made a mistake and gave us the wrong room number and offered to show us the actual room. When we went up to the new room with him, there was a whole family already staying there that he walked in on. We did not end up staying at this property and were forced to drive home 5 hours away due to the poor facilities and service. We will never stay at this hotel chain again.
