"Dog friendly, and great location. However you may need to be aware that the access to main living space is up 14 wooden stairs. We had to teach our to go up and down, slowly. I would imagine some older people having difficulty with this too."

Positives: Great location for exploring south Bruny Island, and handy to the local hotel for meals (we didn't use the cooking facilities). The washing machine was handy, and the shower and hot water was good. Not so positive: The property was a bit cold, even though we used the air conditioner before lighting the wood fire. Once the fire got going the heating was better, however the firebox was full of ashes from...

"We booked this accommodation as a 4-day fieldwork base. The mill house has its idiosyncrasies. As long as you set your expectations for camping conditions in a remote part of the world, you will find the structure to be sufficient. The location is spectacular and the jetty is very impressive. All team members expressed their satisfaction with their stay and would book it again for similar work."

"As soon as we pulled into the driveway we fell inlove with the location and views. We had a lovely two night stay at Three Trees. Very clean and tidy. "A charming property sitting by waterfronts with magical views from dawn to dusk. Facing the beach and rowing on the machine felt like rowing to the sea. Lots of widlife to watch. "Really great communication, and the rooms are amazing. Very comfortable, everything you need. Only downside for us was we needed to leave early for the ferry, and breakfast is brought around between 8-8.30 so we didn't get to have breakfast as we had to leave before then, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay, and even had a little visitor outside our unit in the morning (tiny wallaby)"
