Great mattresses and the house is solidly built - not creaky for an older home and sound doesn’t travel from upstairs / next door. The only downside is the tricky stairs with a young child or elderly person to get to the third floor living room / kitchen. It’s a very special neighborhood - two minute drive to a charming beach cove and two minute drive to a great waterside restaurant, Coveside. The host was extremely thoughtful and communicative. Jill couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. She gave my grandson a large stuffed bee which he slept with the whole time we were there.
