View is worth a million dollars! Its totally mesmerizing! No 2 sunsets are ever the same! South Bimini is a slower paced way of life and very quiet. North Bimini is only about a mile a way and a short water taxi ride across the inlet. The marina was so convenient and not jammed packed with constant traffic. The beach was steps away and most day it was just us there. The AC definitely works. It is newly renovated, clean, the view is fantastic. We had 3 different units in the complex, 2 on the marina and ours was on the beach front. Ours was the best! I began cleaning the refrigerator it to make it clean enough for our food etc (previous renters left the place completely unacceptable). Housekeeping came shortly after and did a really nice job. Could’ve used larger bowls for mixing and salads, more glassware, but kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and cooking utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. TV didn’t work, but there’s really no need for it when you’re in paradise! Wi-Fi was perfect, but the island currently has a big problem with electric so it was on and off (water too) the whole time. Again...... not a deal breaker, but I would’ve come more prepared with battery operated fans and lamps. I like to cook so that was kind of a bummer :-( Island typically has zero ice - so bring your own! Onsite store is sparse.... This unit has an amazing view with beautiful sunsets!
