Welcome to The Victory Lounge, the perfect game day retreat less than a mile from Notre Dame Stadium and its tailgate lots! Designed with fans and families in mind, this spacious home combines comfort, style, and the perfect atmosphere for your Notre Dame experience.  
  
The home features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suite features an Eastern King, pull-out sofabed, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom offers a California King bed, while the third bedroom includes two full beds. Bathrooms are conveniently located on every level: two upstairs, a powder room on the main floor, and a full bathroom in the basement.  
  
On the lower level, the fully finished basement provides a second hangout space with a large sectional sofa (with pull-out sofa bed), TV, and with a separate double bed for additional guests.  
  
The heart of The Victory Lounge is its game day-ready garage hangout, outfitted with a bar, wall-mounted TV, couch, and recliner, creating the perfect space to gather for pregame festivities, celebrate Fighting Irish victories, or relax after a day on campus.  
  
The main floor features a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious dining room with seating for eight, a cozy living room for lounging, and a front breakfast nook with seating for four. The back patio features a covered seating area, string lights, and a grill for evening barbecues.  
  
Whether you’re visiting for football weekends, campus events, or another South Bend event, The Victory Lounge offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and game day spirit, all at just a short walk to Notre Dame Stadium.
