This home features a large living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level. The lower level offers a big open family room and game area along with 2 additional bedrooms, half bath and laundry room. The Space: Other amenities include: Modern kitchen with 2 different coffee makers along with additional small appliances. (crock pot, toaster, food processor, mixer, kettle, electric skillet and others) 3 full bedroom on the main level. 2 full baths on the main level. Large open family and game room on the lower level with air hockey and card table. 2 additional bedrooms in lower lever and half bath. Washer/dryer for guest use. Lower lever has egress to outside. Smart TV's on each floor. Privacy fenced backyard with patio table and chairs. BBQ grill Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire home The Neighborhood: This home is about 1 mile to the Notre Dame campus, 5-10 drive to many local restaurants and shopping. Getting Around: Taxis, bus line, Bird Scooters, Uber & Lyft are all available. Other Things to Note: Additional house rules 1\. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below. 2\. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. 3\. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 4\. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 5\.
