This home features a large living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level. The lower level offers a big open family room and game area along with 2 additional bedrooms, half bath and laundry room. The Space: Other amenities include: Modern kitchen with 2 different coffee makers along with additional small appliances. (crock pot, toaster, food processor, mixer, kettle, electric skillet and others) 3 full bedroom on the main level. 2 full baths on the main level. Large open family and game room on the lower level with air hockey and card table. 2 additional bedrooms in lower lever and half bath. Washer/dryer for guest use. Lower lever has egress to outside. Smart TV's on each floor. Privacy fenced backyard with patio table and chairs. BBQ grill Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire home The Neighborhood: This home is about 1 mile to the Notre Dame campus, 5-10 drive to many local restaurants and shopping. Getting Around: Taxis, bus line, Bird Scooters, Uber & Lyft are all available. Other Things to Note: Additional house rules 1\. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below. 2\. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. 3\. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 4\. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed.
