The floor was dirty, hair in the bed under the sheets, the door was broken and didn’t latch. management said don’t worry about it we have cameras if anyone tries to go in your room with the door unsecured. was told twice the door was broken and never fixed. we had to take all our belongings with us every time we left the motel because the door wouldn’t close!!!!!!! had to ask for soap shampoo. this is a junk motel for local hobos/meth heads. too bad we didn’t know ahead of time.

No phone in room no microwave. Door would not lock from the inside. Light out in the stairwell. No breakfast not even coffee. No closet in room just a rack with one coat hanger over the desk/table. It was a budget hotel hotel and it showed. No clean towels or trash emptied, but someone had been in the room because we left a light on and it was off when we returned and could smell cigarette smoke and we do not smoke.

The hotel lost my reservation and i had to spend about about on the phone ith Hotels.com to get it fixed after driving for 4 hours. The breakfast that they had was stale cereal and bread for toast. There was no clock in the room.

The facility shows extreme disrepair and very low maintenance of Rooms and Walkways at this property. Desk Staffers are unfriendly, dismissive, and do not care about patrons. The Cleaning Staff are lovely, kind, pleasant, and more welcoming than the owners and managers are.

We went to check in at a lobby totally different than pictured. The guy behind counter could not speak clearly. He dinged my card twice and kept saying it did not work, even though it did come thru on my banks end. Both times the terminal said approved and accepted. While I was seeing if it went thru he leaves without telling any other staff what was going on. We cancelled and stayed else where. SHADY. I had to put a dispute charges on both attempts. Joel who took over when other guy left cancelled the rooms and was apologetic.Then he could not print cancellation receipt. He reported the first guy.

The room smelled like dog pee.....WiFi didn’t work....upstairs people loud and the was no microwave in the room and every time you go to the office to warm up food they stare at you the workers act like the can’t hear when you try to get there attention...at 1 point they where all in the office bunched up laughing instead of working honestly overall it was horrible

The lady at the desk was very rude, they gave me a room that wasn’t the right price. I was charged 100 dollars for a room that wasn’t clean. They had to move me down stairs to another room the next morning. Even after they said they didn’t have any available come to find out there was. Very disappointed and upset. Wish I could get my money back along with all those crazy fees they charged me for as well. I rate them a F++

All started when we checked in and the guy checking in before us told us to just leave now and don’t stay it’s a sh*t hole! But no better options where we were at with paying $300 a night. So we checked in and leaving the office and the lady says good luck to us!!! Like what?? lol Then get to our room and the room key doesn’t work and have to go all the way back up front and then she tells us I don’t think someone else is in there. Finally get back to the room and open door slowly to make sure no one was in there and luckily it was empty. Quickly checked the beds for bugs first thing and instead of bugs found a big hole in the sheet instead! Went to Walmart bought pillows and cases and towels. Towels there were like sand paper. Shower leaked and dropped all night long! Huge stain on the carpet when walked in and holes in the wall. Definitely would not stay there again. But guess you get what you pay for.. Sketchy people all around the hotel at night so I would not advise staying with kids.

I’d rather sleep in my car! Maybe I should have!
Where do I even start. This place was an absolute disaster. We are mortified and will never ever consider staying here again. We got there and the first room had the wrong size bed that was booked and didn’t have a TV. When we asked she apologized and gave us a new room key and new room. What happened next was completely inexcusable!!!! We enter into the new room and there were people staying in the room already. AMEN, that they were not there at the time! When we went to the front desk they simply said that the person in that room was staying there until December! They then just gave us another room that had almost 0 hot water and it looked like someone was murdered on the floor. There were stains EVERYWHERE! This place wins on eco friendliness though, cause we only got 1 towel. We never got asked how our stay was and simply were told to put the keys on the counter. AWFUL!

An “okay” place to stay
So it was a decent hotel.. but I barely could of stayed at a motel 6. They charge you for breakfast with your hotel and the “breakfast” was coffee and those tiny muffins you can pay at Walmart. They didn’t even have complementary soap… and the pillows were so flat, and the comforter had cigarette burns. The only please side was it was near a lot of restaurants and convenient stores.

Departed in the middle of the night because this place felt so unsafe. Was worried about my truck and belongings outside. Didn’t take much inside because a) the room wasn’t very clean and b) the door doesn’t lock when you leave (!!!), only when you’re inside. So nothing can be left in the room.

Worst place we have ever stayed. Old and falling apart. WiFi did not work. Upper level walkway boards under old carpet is warped and feels unsafe. Shower water never got hot. Bed lumpy uncomfortable. Could not get clean towels beyond 3 in room. No toilet paper. Including tax was almost $150 per night

The room was dirty. It smelled so bad that I had to go out and by deodorizer and use it daily. I asked for non smoking but had dogs what I got was a smoking room. We had to ask fro clean sheets as the ones on the 2pm bed were dirty. The TV did not work and you could not get logged into the free WI-FI. No screen on the window so you Could not air out the room. The shower water barely came out it was an extremely weak spray
