Dog Friendly! Hot Tub! This beautiful, beachfront, 2-story home has an open floor plan that accommodates friends and family and sleeps up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The 1st floor living room, dining room and kitchen areas look out over the ocean for a view that can't be beat! This home has plenty of windows to let the sunshine in, or to watch Oregon's dramatic storms on rainy days. Spectacular views, a gas fireplace, games and puzzles, and a large front deck overlooking an expansive sandy beach, all provide the ultimate in peace and relaxation. The spacious primary suite, with an ocean view tub and tiled walk-in shower, is sure to please! With its own oceanfront deck, you'll enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the fresh sea air. Step downstairs to find two more bedrooms with ocean views. They share a full bath in the hallway. There is also an oversized bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa, foosball, and a wetbar for snacks. Relaxing in the ocean front hot tub is a perfect end to a day at the coast. This home is conveniently located in a quiet, private neighborhood featuring a grassy fenced yard where your four-legged canine friends are welcome to join the fun, too! It's a very short walk to an easy to navigate beach access that leads to miles of beautiful, sandy beach. Oregon Waves is just a few miles south of the active fishing port of Newport, where you will find many activities to keep you busy, including the Historic Bayfront and the Nye Beach districts, both packed with wonderful restaurants and shops. This is a perfect destination for a romantic coastal retreat as well as for a friends and family getaway. Sleeps up to 6 - 3 Bedrooms, 3 Kings (One can be split into two twins with 72 hours prior notice), 1 Sofa Sleeper, 2.5 Bath. Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (Strictly enforced- No street parking allowed) Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum \*Each home is individually owned. We brought three dogs and were impressed with the dog-friendly touches like treats, waste bags, and a fenced yard. The location couldn’t have been better—right next to a path leading directly to the beach, which we enjoyed every morning and evening. The large windows provided breathtaking ocean views, and the house itself offered plenty of privacy with great parking.The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the hot tub was a great bonus. The property is only a short 6-minute drive into town, but it feels tucked away from the crowds. Honestly, this was one of the nicest Vrbo properties we’ve ever stayed at, and the best location we’ve experienced on the Oregon Coast. When our code at the door didn't work we had immediate help. The fenced in yard was fantastic for our dog. The house bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs are great for privacy. The beach walks every day with two access points are great. We also played foos ball and ping pong every day in the garage. It was wonderful to have these activities at the house. There are TVs in every room if you want to watch something separately. We did not use the hot tub, but it is set up in a great spot. The kitchen is set up well with everything you will need. The backyard is fenced so the pets can run free. Access to the beach is an easy and beautiful walk. And we had that beach practically to ourselves so the pups could run free. My husband, daughter, and chocolate lab enjoyed our week here. First off the location is perfect and very dog friendly. The beach access is a simple walk and then you are treated to a huge stretch of beach that is never crowded and often unoccupied (a dog owner dream). The property itself was extremely clean, fully stocked with anything a renter could want including kites, games, hot tub, ping pong, etc. I had worried about cleanliness with this being a pet friendly property but the cleaning was top notch. Check in and check out were easy breezy, no issues and communication through text was prompt. Huge plus for those with pets is the fenced in backyard. Numerous day trips are possible from this Newport area home but we found ourselves often wandering the beach during the day, grilling on the provided BBQ at night, enjoying the surf from the deck, and unwinding in the hot tub before watching a movie (lots of movies onsite to choose from) before bed. Property is well thought out, has a good layout, is stocked with everything you will need, and is very clean. Décor is much nicer and more modern than other coastal places. Views are amazing and access to very private beach is easy. They might want trim down the vegetation at cliff for a little better view though. Our stay was nearly perfect with 2 exceptions. The 3 barking dogs next door to the right that go all day long and the lack of cell phone reception. The house is in a dead zone. They do provide a land line though. When we got there, we met Brianna who was just wrapping things up at the house. She was super nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we loved our stay, highly recommend, and hope to come back. ##### Craig E. Loved the hot tub and the view and everything else about it. Very comfortable beds and furniture. We got stuck here during the ice storm, and it was a beautiful place to be. We had to drive away from the property to get cell service in order to call Home Sweet Home and receive a code to enter. Home was extremely clean, very pretty, outstanding view, nice game room and backyard. Great access to path to the beach. Comfortable beds and pillows.
