Front desk staff was unsure if I would pay deposit for license Service Dog. He was telling all kinds of things that did not apply.
My room had roaches coming from shower drain. Tried washing them down and they would be back up. Gross. They told me they were palmetto bugs. Still not something I want to see when showering.
Then at check out. I had the same non knowable staff member who wanted to Charge me more than Expedia said I own the property. I showed the clerk Expedia receipt.
I left the hotel not closing my bill because I was not paying it.
Watch out when booking online and paying at hotel!!

This is our second stay at Hotel Bardo. It was lovely. My only complaint would be that the last day that we were there we were out most of the morning into the afternoon & at 3:00 we returned to rest & shower for an early business dinner & the maid was first getting to our room, so we didn't have our room cleaned or made up.
