"The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We had an upgrade on arrival too which was great. We were aware of the renovation work going on and we didn’t hear or see anything.The location was great. We didn’t manage to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked lovely and would try it on our next stay. The only gripe we had was that we found the double bed to be very small."

We were also provided amazing service at the front desk/information desk area, where one of the employees introduced us to City Mappers (a mobile application) that helped us get throughout London efficiently.
