"The location was great for me. Away from the downtown traffic cluster but convenient to get to. I liked having the kitchenette but couldn't find any plates in the suite is my only complaint. "

"The staff was friendly and attentive - room was cleaned wonderfully each night including dishes left out (that I fully intended to wash myself). Breakfast was good and plentiful of items. Did not run out of anything. Room was clean and roomy. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"The front desk staff was so kind and helpful I can’t remember his name but I believe he was a manager of some kind, I told him it was my first time in Austin and he gave me an amazing low down of the essential good times. The hotel is so cute aesthetically, sadly I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool area but it was lively during the day and relaxing at night. If you have your own car it’s so close to everything, and ride services are a breeze. It’s also pet friendly with a fairly inexpensive fee! "

"The staff was amazing- Simone, Taylor, Marni Jo, Pedro, Carson, Alex, Frieda, and Sam. All were very friendly, professional, courteous, kind, informative, approachable, and knowledgeable. The hotel is in walking distance of so many restaurants and cultural sites. The pool is beautiful. The bars are very popular! Thank you for making our stay during the eclipse fantastic I am so grateful for the use of the electric bicycles. Thank you for providing them with helmets."
