Cold water faucet at bathroom sink not working. Toilet paper holder held on to wall with caulk releasing and sticky around edges. Facility is undergoing renovations which it is apparent are needed staff super friendly and helpful with all our needs. Breakfast bar more than sufficient.

We stayed for three nights. The staff were all very nice but this was just problems that couldn’t be solved. -our room smelled like fish the entirety of our stay -the pool did not have chairs to sit in -the elevator broke multiple times -loud people on our floor until 1am waking up my kids several times -a staff member got fired at 6:30am outside of our window for what sounded like drinking on duty. It was about argument that again woke my kids up. -there was not a phone in the room To call the front desk. I have a cell phone but didn’t go through the trouble bc I was there alone with my two kids and didn’t feel like drawing attending to myself. -the staff were all very kind. When we checked out I gave them feedback and they offered points to make up for the problems

The staff was excellent. They are being put in a difficult situation at the moment because they are remodeling. It was like we were walking through a war zone to get to our room. We went to eat and came back a little late, probably around 10, and there wasn't any parking in the front so we parked in the back. We tried every door all around the building and none would open with our room card so we had to walk around to the front. I'm not trying to be too critical but a heads up on the construction would have been nice.

Faucet handle fell off in tub. Water spicket in tub almost fell off. Hair on side of tub and wall. Uncomfortable bed. Road noise so loud had to buy earplugs to wear at night.

the parking is small for the property and the a/c in the room would not turn down. it was stuck at 75.

Attendant on duty @ check out when I arrived was not present at front desk. I arrived at 1am, rang the front door bell 5 times before she showed up to open the door. She was very rude, and did not apologize for not answering in a timely manner. Will not stay here again.
