"The hotel and service was outstanding, including the concierge desk. The staff was very professional and attentive. Bravo to the management. We stayed at the executive room on floor 8th and the room was very specious and comfortable, very large bathroom with double sinks, large closet and a large desk for work. The TV had multiple channels and it was easy to navigate. The rooms were quiet, the bed and pillows super comfortable. The only slight negative comment is that early in the morning it takes 10 -15 minutes to get hot water. During higher demand I had to wait for several minutes. "Room was very spacious and great aircon. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time immensely by the pool on the sun. Great breakfast as well. Maybe a bit on the dates side and the gym was tiny with only the treadmill working."
