L'accueil est déplorable, pas de disponibilité (la femme qui m'a accueilli a interrompu rapidement « l'accueil » pour répondre au téléphone à un client pendant presque 1/2h, et il n'y avait personne d'autre...). La chambre donnée était sale (les lits présentaient des traces de crasse, les draps étaient suspects, la moquette n'a pas été changée on dirait depuis la construction de l'hôtel, donc pleine de tâches, couleur passé, sale...), j'ai du demander à changer de chambre pour guère mieux. La télévision n'a que deux chaînes avec une image de très mauvaise qualité, pas de télécommande. On a l'impression dans cet hôtel que tout est laissé à l'abandon depuis des années : pas de cintres, pas de réparations des éléments cassés (placards, etc.) ; bref, l'ensemble ne parait pas être bien tenu (pas propre en gros). Le restaurant est pitoyable : nourriture de mauvaise qualité, pas de choix (le matin, croissants et pains au chocolat infectes, jus à base concentré imbuvable, une seule confiture pas bonne proposée, le buffet n'est pas réapprovisionné donc il manque de tout... sur déjà à la base pas grand-chose. Même chose pour le dîner. J'ai dû donc prendre le parti d'aller me restaurer ailleurs). Bref, si vous voulez bénéficier d'un climat morose, déprimer dans un hôtel où tout est en déliquescence semblerait-il, avec un personnel fort peu sympathique, allez-y ! Sinon j'ai pu aller dans d'autres hôtels à Sousse qui n'ont rien à voir, et j'ai infiniment regretté mon choix... Les chambres ont besoin de rénovation, la moquette est tachée de partout. Sinon, bon emplacement et beau jardin avec beacoup de palmiers offrant de l'ombre, si souhaité. Tout serait plutôt bien s'il n'y avait pas la nourriture - là, le chef n'a fait aucun effort, ni pour la cuisine, ni pour la présentation.
