"Firstly this is not a Hotel providing normal tourist facilities,which may be a surprise to those who book online.It is a private Casbah building which has been beautifully restored over 6 years and is still not complete.It feels like a palace.A handful of simple but attractive rooms are available for rental.There is no hot water or heating,though the latter is not a problem due to the original thick mud walls(painted)providing insulation. "Beautiful hotel in Ait Benhaddou. Our room was clean and comfortable, however there was no TV and wifi service was extremely slow. Their rooftop terrace was serene and perfect for enjoying the quiet and beautiful surrounding. This was the only hotel we stayed at during our two-week travels through Morocco; our other accommodations were Riads which felt more warm and welcoming than a standard, yet charming, hotel like Kasbah Isfoula."

"Ancienne demeure restaurée. Si le confort est spartiate, le cadre est grandiose et l'accueil très chaleureux. Le repas était simple et excellent. Nous avions prévu de partir tôt. Le gérant a tenu à nous préparer le petit déjeuner à 6 h et à nous accompagner avec sa lanterne jusqu'à notre voiture. Excellente solution d'hébergement à proximité de Telouet."

"Way overpriced for what it is, we wouldn't call it 4 stars by any means (bathrooms etc really 1 star). Had a lot of problems with check-in even though rooms were prepaid. Tried to charge us for dinner at checkout even though we didn't eat there. They charge 10 euros per person for the jacuzzi. Didn't like seeing birds stuck in a tiny cage by the reception either. Property has potential but they need to spend some money on it and lower prices until they bring it up to an appropriate level. ...
