Cosy single-family house "Caberal". 2 km from the centre of Soulac, 19 km from the centre of Montalivet, 100 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 1.7 km from the sea. Private: natural state property (fenced) with trees, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, bus stop "Soulac-sur-mer" 1.2 km, sandy beach 1.7 km.  
"Caberal", 4-room house 90 m2\. Object suitable for 4 adults + 4 children. Bright, partly renovated in 2018, practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player, hi-fi system, DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the garden. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 25 m2, terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
