The Hotel is situated in the town Centre and close to many historical sites. The Reception staff are very welcoming and friendly .

This is a newer hotel with a great location in the busy city of Tlemcen. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, hot water copious, and the price very attractive. In a city where there are chain hotels in remote locations, the Grand Basskn puts you where the action is, with a bonus of being across rhe street from a lovely park. Do not pass this one by!

The staff were lovely, very accommodating, helpful and polite. They were professional at all times and really the only positive thing about the hotel stay, saving the score by 3 stars. The hotel itself was in very poor condition. The windows were broken, the door frames were broken, the decor was old and tired, the carpets and curtains were frayed - clearly the hotel has not been maintained since it's opening around 2011 and it really does show!
