Malgre un accueil du personnel tres agréable cette residence n est plus adaptée a nos besoins . Très bruyants , surtout le matin , odeurs de cuisine épouvantable dans le couloir. Mauvaise experience cette fois ci dans cet établissement.

Je suis allée dans le cadre d'un concours, donc beaucoup de temps passé dans l'appart. Points positifs : - très bien situé (2 minutes du métro pour se rendre à Rouen en 8 minutes, carte 10 voyages à 14€50) - l'accueil chaleureux (don d'une carte, explications et sourire) - l'appartement propre avec le strict nécessaire pour cuisiner, manger et nettoyer - assez bon rapport qualité-prix - Intermarché et boulangerie à moins de 10 minutes à pied, carrefour city à 2 minutes Points à améliorer : - besoin d'un coup de neuf surtout de la salle de bain puis de l'appart globalement - agencement de certains meubles incompréhensible (le bureau est à la moitié du lit donc il faut traverser le lit à chaque fois) - laisser un produit pour nettoyer les surfaces, le sol car un balai et un échantillon de liquide vaisselle ne suffit pas toujours Je recommande vivement cet appartement, surtout pour des vacances afin de visiter, il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir un hôtel en plein centre niveau qualité prix cet appart est amplement suffisant et on peut cuisiner

Séjour juin 2023

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appart hotel en juin 2023. Personnel à l'accueil très aimable et serviable. Chambre vétuste mais propre. Bonne literie et tout ce qu'il faut dans la kitchenette. Le seul point négatif est qu'il manque la climatisation car il faisait vraiment très chaud dans la chambre, on a essayé de faire des courants d'air en ouvrant la fenêtre de la salle d'eau mais pas plus d'air. On a du laissé la fenêtre et les volets ouverts mais notre studio donnait sur la route et donc difficile de dormir avec le tram jusqu'à 2h00 du matin et le jour le matin. A part cela notre séjour s'est bien déroulé. Le tram à 2 mn à pied pour aller en ville est très pratique. Je recommande cet appart hotel.

Ensemble de la prestation correcte, petit déjeuner à volonté et copieux, hôtel à deux pas de la station de Tram Voltaire qui vous emmène en 10mn à Rouen centre. rapport qualité prix très correct. Rouen une ville exceptionnelle avec un riche patrimoine culturel à découvrir absolument!

Bonne adresse à connaitre

Accueil et suivi vraiment très agréable. Aucun souci, de bons conseils. Tout est propre sans souci et tout fonctionne malgré des installations un peu vétustes. Rapport qualité pris inégalable en période Armada !! Agencement des chambres pourrait être optimisé. Grand espace agréable. Tram boulangerie et bon petit resto à proximité. 11 min pour arriver sur les quais. On reviendra !!

Rouen armada

L'appartement dans la résidence est vieillot mais propre. Le côté rue est un peu bruyant avec le passage du tram. La salle de bain devrait être refaite. Le coin cuisine est équipée avec micro ondes, plaque, frigo et vaisselle. Il est bien situé dans la banlieue proche de Rouen 20 mn à pied ou quelques minutes en tram. Il manquait la cafetière et la télécommande, oublis très vite réparés par le personnel qui a été très accueillant et sympathique. Une mention toute particulière pour les remercier de leur gentillesse.

Great service, loved the balcony

Everything I needed as a business traveller including well-equipped kitchen. Close to the tramline to get anywhere you need to go. Lots of options for groceries and other needs nearby. Excellent, friendly service. I went for the studio apartment with a balcony and it proved a great choice! Wide balcony with sitting area made for a nice place to read and relax at the end of the day.

Мне нравится эта сеть апартотелей. Хороший набор посуды. Хорошее белье. В Руане в нашем номере не очень удобно стояла кровать. Нужно было протискиваться между комодом и матрасом. В пешей доступности супермаркет со сниженными ценами и мини-рынок. Также есть большой супермаркет и торговый центр. Так что если готовите сами, то удобно покупать продукты.

Établissement globalement moins bien que ce que les photos laissent présager. Son environnement est assez bruyant L'état du mobilier est peu satisfaisant (usure notamment) Les couloirs quant à eux sont rien moins que sordides ! Enfin, il y a un problème de propreté : la salle de bain sentait le renfermé et un rapide dans les coins (derrière les portes, sur les étagères etc.) suffit à se rendre compte que le ménage est fait de façon superficielle. Ok ce n'est pas cher mais tout de même, c'est limite.

Très bon séjour dans cet apparthotel en ayant fait la réservation du studio premium. Le rapport qualité prix est extra. Chambre spacieuse avec une grande terrasse. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Vraiment top. Le tram passe juste en bas de l'hôtel, idéal pour se rendre au centre ville de rouen
