Welcome to our Love Room, a romantic space designed for your ultimate comfort.  
  
This 25 m² studio includes:  
A bright living area with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) for peaceful nights.  
A jacuzzi spa for moments of relaxation.  
A dining area equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware.  
A modern bathroom with a functional shower and WC.  
In the living area, enjoy the natural light while relaxing or watching television. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.  
  
Parking: There is no private parking, but free street parking is easily available nearby.  
  
We kindly ask you to take care of the property and respect the apartment and the neighbors. A pre-authorization on your credit card will be requested via a secure link to finalize your booking and receive the access codes.  
  
Would you like to extend your stay? A single fee of €10 is available for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval.

The Rue Bazire area benefits from an excellent public transport network, allowing quick access to key points of interest in Sotteville-lès-Rouen as well as the center of Rouen.  
  
For travelers arriving by train at Rouen Rive Droite Station, the accommodation is easily reachable via the TEOR. The TEOR T4 station is just a 5-minute walk, giving you access to Rouen’s city center in under 15 minutes. The T4 line is ideal for reaching tourist sites, shopping areas, and the lively districts of the city quickly and conveniently.

Check-in is self-service to provide you with greater flexibility and is available from 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.  
  
The accommodation is managed by our team, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will find:  
  
Bed linen for all guests, Essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.), One large towel per person, along with kitchen towels and a bath mat per bathroom, A welcome kit for the entire stay, including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid  
  
We are committed to providing you with a pleasant experience. However, please note that we are not a hotel: mid-stay cleaning, refreshment of linens/towels, replenishment of supplies, or additional services can be arranged upon request and for an extra fee.  
  
Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive:  
  
A tourist guide with our recommendations and insider tips, Detailed instructions for accessing the accommodation, We also offer a range of services to make your stay even more enjoyable: baby equipment rental, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, organization of sightseeing tours, and special events (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed room decorations, etc.). For any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.  
  
To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules:  
\- Treat the property as if it were your own  
\- Respect the furniture and leave the accommodation clean upon departure  
\- Follow instructions regarding check-in/out times and use of equipment

Points forts : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.

Hors une odeur d'humidité dans la douche à notre arrivé, le lieu est agréable et nous fait sentir comme dans un cocon. Quelques détails remontés directement par mail, mais la propreté est présente et la présentation du logement correspond aux photos diffusées Seul bémol, le logement à côté... On entend énormément les voisins lorsqu'ils se déplacent mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Le logement est tout de même agréable et parfait pour se détendre. Logement bien situé : - Commerce - Parc Encore merci pour ce séjour, je recommande !
