This modern and spacious 3 bedroom villa is located just metres from the sea and enjoys fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla coastline. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes drive to the resort centre, it is an excellent villa choice for families looking for a relaxing stay in a great location.As you enter the villa there is a large open-plan living area with cozy seating and area and widescreen TV. The dining area seats 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a WC on the ground floor.Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin, all with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower. There is also a balcony upstairs leading out from the master bedroom with a seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views.Outside you will find a large garden area and private pool surrounded by palm trees.
