The apartment is located in a prime location, making it easy to access all of the town's popular attractions. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, Smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen. There are also two air conditioning units and a safe box, and high-speed Wifi is provided throughout the apartment. The apartment is guest friendly and a great choice for those who want to be in the heart of the action.  
  
Our apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plenty of storage space, and a private bathroom. The living room has a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary cooking utensils.  
  
The apartment also has a number of additional amenities to make your stay even more convenient. A safe box is available for storing your valuables, and high-speed Wifi is provided throughout the apartment. The apartment also has two air conditioning units - one in the living room and one in the bedroom - so you can stay cool and comfortable no matter where you are in the apartment.  
  
The apartment is located in the heart of Sosua, a popular beach town on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and other local amenities.  
  
It's important to note that our modern 1 bedroom apartment is located in the strip of Sosua, which means it may be a bit noisy due to the proximity to restaurants, bars, and other local amenities.  
  
Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore the town, or simply enjoy the Caribbean sunshine, our apartment is the perfect place for your vacation. We hope to see you soon!  
  
Since we are located in the most famous area of Sosua, there will never be a fixed parking. It is an area where there is a lot of movement of vehicles.  
  
Sosúa’s main strip, Pedro Clisante Street, closes off to traffic after dusk and is the hub of nightlife in this beach town. Bars, lounges, and nightclubs lining the street continue on late into the night. Live music is usually on the menu at least once a week, including variations of rock and blues at a number of expat-owned establishments.  
  
Free parking is available in the street. No need to rent a car, the apartment is located in the center of town.

It's important to note that electricity is not included in the price. This means that you will be responsible for paying for your own electricity usage during your stay.  
  
To determine the cost of your electricity usage, you will typically be given an initial credit upon arrival. You can then use electricity as needed, and the cost will be deducted from this credit. At the end of your stay, any remaining credit will be refunded to you.  
  
It's a good idea to be mindful of your electricity usage during your stay to keep costs down. You can do this by turning off lights and appliances when they are not in use.

However, there is a late-night arrival fee of 35 USD for arrivals between 11:00pm and 7:00 Am.
