The closest beach is a pleasant 3-minute walk away. Ideal for young travelers.  
  
Enjoy the ocean breezes. This 1 bedroom , 1 bathroom apartment is impeccably maintained and has been thoughtfully redecorated inEverything has been done with guests comfort in mind.  
  
The apartment is located in Sosua, a city center location on the north coast. The property is just a 15-minute drive from Puerto Plata international airport and boasts access to a nearby beach club and equestrian center. Shopping, wining and dining are only minutes away, with several superior restaurants in the area. Guests are a 25-minute drive from a championship golf course. Diving, surfing, river rafting and other sports easily accessible.  
  
From quality bedding, mattresses, towels and window treatments that let in just the right amount of light to beautiful furniture including many unique pieces sourced from renowned local craftsman. The closest beach is a pleasant 3 minutes walk away. There is fiber-optic internet, Wi-fi throughout the villa, which makes it ideal for workation vacation.  
  
Condo Marie I is located only 15 minutes from the Puerto Plata (pop) International Airport.   
Car hire is strongly recommended.  
  
The guests can contact us by e-mail. The apartment comes with a Spanish speaking apartment keeper. Normal working hours 8am - 5pm during weekdays and 8am -12pm on Saturday. The apartment keeper is there to keep apartment clean. Additional hours and duties, like cooking, ironing, babysitting could be arranged if required, but have to be paid for. There is also a management team in place to provide 24/7 Concierge services and on site assistance when and if needed.  
  
Shopping, wining and dining are only minutes away, with several superior restaurants in the area. Guests are just a 25-minute drive from a championship golf course. Diving, surfing, river rafting and other sports easily accessible.
