The space additionally there is one PRIVATE elevator, laundry room, staff if you want for clean or cook (there are not included in the rental price) facilities at Sunnyside include 1 acre of manicured garden with large pool and jacuzzi and access direct on the beach, fitness center, pooltable 2 parkings and 24hour security. Guest access the penthouse, rooftop with hottub are only for you.
