This 7-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), with a size of approximately 20000 sqf. The residence has a private pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

\-Guest #4 (1st Floor) – king bed, separate private entrance, upper deck access, wall mounted television, wall closet, bathroom w/shower, toilet.  
\-Guest #5 (1st Floor) - king bed, separate private entrance, wall mounted television, wall closet, bathroom w/shower, toilet.  
  
A few house rules:  
\- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).  
\- Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required).  
\- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.  
\- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.  
\- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).  
  
The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
