### Villa 'Giovanna' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Villa Giovanna welcomes you in Sorso, nestled in a peaceful pine forest. This spacious 260 sqm villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. You will have access to private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine and a baby cot. A private barbecue allows you to prepare outdoor meals while enjoying the surrounding tranquility.  
  
The private garden and outdoor pool offer the ideal place to relax. Children can have fun in the shared playground on the property.  
  
The villa provides 7 shared parking spaces and welcomes up to 3 pets during your stay. Events are not allowed on the property.  
  
You will be only 3 km from the center of Sorso and just a few minutes from Marina di Sorso, a coastal area with 18 km of sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Numerous restaurants and bars are within 3 km of the villa. The location allows you to easily reach destinations such as Stintino (35 km), Porto Torres and Sassari (10 km), and Castelsardo (20 km). Alghero airport is 40 km away, and Olbia airport is 100 km away.  
  
A cleaning service is available on request and for an extra fee. We recommend using a car to reach the villa due to the unpaved roads.
