It’s a dream come true for lovers of the sun, sea and luxury. Perfect for an unforgettable seaside holiday! This seafront villa was built in 1950 and renovated in 2020\. A unique feature of this villa is its close proximity to the sea, with its terrace being just a dive away from the beautiful water. All on one floor, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people, with outdoor areas, the private swimming pool, the private external tub perfect for enjoying the sun and coastline of Marina Grande di Sorrento. Inside is an open-plan living room and kitchen, containing original furniture, which leads onto the terrace. There is a sofa, smart TV and a dining table for up to 8 people. The kitchen is also well equipped with appliances to suit every need. The bedrooms, en-suites, can be reached from the living room. The impressive private garden contains tables and chairs. The terrace overlooking the sea has parasols and deck chairs, allowing guests to comfortably enjoy the magnificent views from morning till night. There is also an English garden with gazebos, tables, chairs, a external Jacuzzi, a private swimming pool and a barbecue grill. The location was great. Easy walking to several shops and restaurants. If air conditioning is important to you, as it is to me, this Villa had excellent air conditioning. Even in Aug, it was very cool. Communication with the Villa host was great and she coordinated boats, taxis, restaurants for us. We loved the easy access to the sea and the pool and hot tub were great. The restaurant next to the Villa, which has the same owners, treated our family like VIP when we came in. We ate there twice and both meals were excellent. We were treated like family. This was the perfect location for our family of 8\. The location is picturesque where history is captured in the colorful buildings, Vesuvius black sand beach, and restaurants on and near the sea. The Villa is beautiful and cared for with love from colorful interiors to the fragrant garden with lemons and oranges. Daily house keeping was perfect. The hostess made excellent recommendations for dinners and a cooking class and arranged them very conveniently. We loved all her recommendations. Fresh daily breakfast of coffee and pastries was lovely. The views and the walks were amazing. The family that the Villa belongs to is welcoming and loving. We absolutely enjoyed their next door restaurant- Delfino. We are already recommending the Villa to friends, and we definitely want to come back as our time there was magical. Checkin process was smooth. Amazing views right on the water. Newly remodeled with modern decor. A bit off the beaten track—taxis and other vehicles can only get within about a block, and a strenuous uphill 15 min walk to town suitable only for fit/healthy individuals. Our only minor compliant is that the heat was somewhat ineffective, so the place could be chilly inside on a cold winter day. Note that the listing is accurate—there is no washer/dryer. This place would be even more amazing in summer! Overall a wonderful stay. ##### Curt L.
