Dear guest, thanks for your comment which is totally false and incorrect. Before making the reservation both Hotel.com and us advised you that the city tax is 3€/adult per night as per local authorities laws. We never charged you 3.5€ and is very well specified that is 3€ and not 1,5€ as you stated. This is the first signal that when you booked you didn't ready through all the description and info. It is also very well specified that the 50€ late check in fee is applied if a guest comes after 8pm. Our cleaning lady cleaned your room everyday and changed towels and bed linens as also requested from you via whatsapp. We are sorry to hear all this false information and we kindly invite you before making any reservation to read carefully to all the information and rules.
