"Lovely hotel fantastic setting on the harbour "

"When we arrived , the front desk upgraded us to an ocean view room. It was magnificent! Everyone was extremely accommodating. The chef stayed an extra half hour to make sure we had a great lunch. "

"Very good hotel! It was located within minutes of piazza Tasso and the train station. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I was not happy at all was one of the front desk employees. Getting to Sorrento takes you a few hours specially when coming from Milan. When we got there it was around 1:30pm. We know check in it’s not supposed to be until 3pm but in all the hotels I’ve been around the world sometimes the rooms are ready before that time. The front desk lady was rude to us and said to wait outside because the room was not ready yet. If she had said it to us in a different way we would totally understand but she didn’t have manners. Right after the front desk shift, there was another couple right next to us who had the same situation with this lady, and at 2:15 they went and ask the next shift in lobby and they gave us our rooms. I had so say this. However, I was very happy with the hotel and the cleanliness. Breakfast service was very good and overall I would definitely stay here next time I come to Sorrento "

"Simply loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and the town it was in had the best dining experiences all within a 5 min walk. Since it was in a smaller town the pricing of the restaurants was very reasonable and great quality food. It was a short train ride to Sorrento as we were touring hte Amafi coast. Highly recommend."

"We loved this hotel! Beautiful rooms with a beautiful view. Very comfortable beds! The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff were all very helpful. The rooftop bar was always empty with such a great view of the water! My husband used the gym once and both pools were great too. The hotel was a 10 minute walk to the heart of Sorrento and all of the amazing restaurants and the port. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Enjoyed every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and had a fabulous view. The room wasn’t large but had everything we needed including a good amount of space to store our luggage. The toiletry products at the hotel are lovely. Great amenities, spa, pool and beach club were great, breakfast was a highlight, we had a brilliant evening watching the sunset from the rooftop bar. Staying here absolutely made our honeymoon, would definitely go back if able to get the opportunity again."

"This is a lovely hotel with a good sized pool, roof top bar that has spectacular views and gorgeous sunsets. We had two rooms both of which were spacious with plenty of wardrobes and dressers. The shower was powerful with easy temperature control. The breakfast’s were delicious with a full range of food. The bar food was well presented and tasted great. Hotel was in easy reach of the station for visits to the historical sites. About a 2km walk into Sorrento itself which was flat (until the port) and had places to stop and take in the magnificent views. Lots of local restaurants nearby selling good quality food. Would definitely recommend this hotel "
