Disappointed that the rooftop bar is closed (only opens in May for the summer) this would have been good to know prior to booking. I also didn’t find the cleanliness to be up to standard

The people at the hotel were really nice and wonderful. The room was very clean. The location was perfect to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, quiet at night, parking available for a surcharge which is great and hard to come by, good breakfast

Overall our stay was good! Hotel Sorrento City was in a great, walkable location. It was a bit noisy at night seeing as though you are on the main boulevard, but the noise did not bother us. Our only big complaint was the bed; the bed we slept in was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. We were looking forward to a good nights rest after long days of travel, but instead we became sore from sleeping in such a hard, uncomfortable bed.

Fabulous place to stay in Sorrento! Perfect location that you can walk to everything right our the front door...just a hop and a skip to Piazzo Tasso, great breakfast, wonderful rooftop and very helpful staff! Loved our room, too!

The hotel is very clean and beautifully set up, the staff go above and beyond and they are so friendly and very helpful, the owner Roberta is a beautiful wonderful lady that greats and welcomes you like family. This is my 2nd year staying at this hotel and i will definitely be staying there again next year. They also serve a wonderful delicious and fresh breakfast. The hotel's location is fabulous right on the Corso Italia and walking distance to everything.

Close enough to walk to train station, and centre of Sorrento. Room was clean & modern, spacious enough for a couple of nights. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately we had a first floor room just over reception next to the cleaners cupboard, so lots of noise from guests returning at night, & cleaners starting work at 6am!

The breakfast area was too small and often times one had to wait to be able to eat. The food selection was also not the best considering the cost of hotel. The rooms were clean and very well maintained.

We had a great stay! The room was nice and dark so we were able to sleep in. Everything is conveniently located because the hotel is right in the middle of all the action! The staff was sweet and very welcoming and the continental breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!
