"Can't Beat the View"
The view of the ocean and the Island of Capri were gorgeous. This was a really nice hotel with a very nice pool, which the kids loved. Great hotel for kids/families. The restaurant was great - we ate outside overlooking the view and the sunsets. The Pizze de Gocce was delicious - cheese, sweet onions and bacon. Reasonably priced compared to other spots in Sorrento. They had these awesome gelato truffles for dessert - highly recommended, I wish I had tried more of them. The room was great in terms of space, and we really enjoyed the patio. It had pretty basic furnishings, but was comfortable enough. The staff was great - very helpful and friendly. I didn't realize when I booked it how far it was to Sorrento proper, and it cost $50 euro for the car transfer. If you are looking to explore Sorrento itself, this may not be for you. But it was a great and beautiful place to relax, enjoy pool, and look out at the view. There was also a little town a 10 minute walk away with a nice view, bar/gelateria, and restaurant.which we enjoyed walking too. You could also take lots of hikes and there was a beach a bus ride away.

"Very nice place to stay "
If you tired of hotels and would like some independence, eg. in regards to food, cleaning the room etc. this is the place for you. We stayed in 2 people bungalow at the end of June 2015 and it was great. Spacious bed, tiny kitchenette (but in full working order) and small bathroom/ shower and lovely porch overlooking the sea. Tip: if you want nice view, email them in advance, they're very quick to respond. Quite basic, I'll say, but we didn't go to Italy for luxury and 24hrs room service. Staff is very nice but not all of them speak even basic English, so knowing some Italian would be good. Pool is lovely, beach not so much. Rocky and it takes forever to get there, even worse to climb back. The walk to the town is about 15 mins down the hill, however if you don't fancy it, you can grab a shuttle bus (one per hour) to or from town for 1Euro. Loved it so much, we are already looking for something similiar somewhere else in Italy for next year.

"Fabulous hotel, couldn't fault it."
We had a deluxe sea view room and it was well worth the extra. We had a fabulous time and our fussy 11 year old was acccommodated. We will be coming back again next year without a doubt!

"Perfect Hotel in a Perfect Location!"
We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and were impressed with how we were treated by all the staff. They all seemed to want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location was perfect - only about a 10 minute walk to main town area. We had the bed and breakfast option which was lovely, most mornings we sat outside in the pretty court area which is well shaded. We booked a couple of excursions through the tourist information place in town and everything went according to plan. Had a lovely drive along the Amalfi coast , visited Pompeii and trekked up Mount Vesuvius. The only trip we didn't manage was to the Isle of Capri, this was due to the weather. All in all a fantastic week was spent, enjoying tasty local cuisine and wine, found all the locals to be really friendly.

"Camping cabins close to the beach"
Important things you need to know before booking. This is a camp ground. We arranged for their shuttle to pick us up from Naples train station. Try and contact the camp ground to arrange for this. There was a cost to take their shuttle. I stayed in a cabin #26 that sleeps 6. You need to bring or buy toilet paper, and bug spray. If you are going to use the kitchen bring a scrub sponge and dish soap. I was in #26 which had air-conditioning, but we had to pay an extra 10 euros a day to use it. It worked GREAT! It has a special remote. Our TV never worked properly even after they fixed it once. Although it wasn't a big deal to us since we didn't speak Italian. There are a lot of steps and walking on this site. There is a great store on site with almost everything you would need except no converter plugs. We took an excursion to the Amalfi coast which was great but a long boat ride to get there. They have an excursion to Capri also which we passed on. Both excursions can be bought right there at the camp only. The staff spoke English and were friendly. Some not so much English. As long as you are ok with 1-2 star accommodations you will be ok.

"Great Location"
This hotel is about 20 minutes away from Sorrento but there is an hourly free courtesy bus. Hence you can either enjoy the relative calm of the hotel or venture into town for a buzz. The hotel itself is pitched on the side of a cliff and has steps down to its own private cove which is great. Food and rooms are all good and paying for a sea view is definitely worth it (view across to Capri). It probably wouldn't appeal to the 18-30's but that was the appeal to us!

"Nicest hotel we've ever visited!"
Our visit hear was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful with incredible views and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Sorrento is a fabulous place to visit with lots of little side streets and great little restaurants and shops. There is an amazing little pizza restaurant at the top of the road opposite the hotel where we enjoyed both incredible evening meals and lunches. We would return in a heartbeat

"Helpful staff and location."
We arrived late and found our room to be very small and it was was not big enough for our family. We asked for an upgrade and within one hour we were in a two bedroom bungalow! This was sorted out so quickly and they were happy for us to pay the difference at the end of our stay. The bungalow we were given had the most amazing views from the bedroom windows and the private patio. We were looking over the beach and the Bay of Naples. also it was only 10 min to the beach down the steps!! Every time we saw the staff in their office they were pleasant and friendly. The accommodation was basic , but absolutely fine for our needs and the location was the best we have ever had on holiday with the most amazing sunsets from the comfort of our patio. There was a problem with ants which you get everywhere. We bought some ant spray and used this every day so the problem was sorted. Meta is a great place to stay when exploring the area and we were able to do lots during our stay. We enjoyed
