Welcome to House "Leonardo", a semi-detached vacation rental situated 420 meters above sea level in the hamlet Albonico, Sorico, Italy. This property boasts a private 500 square meter garden and offers amenities such as a yard and Internet WiFi. Nestled on a slope, it is conveniently located 9.5 kilometers from the lake and 7 kilometers from the river.

House "Leonardo" offers a private 500 square meter garden, providing you with ample outdoor space to enjoy the scenic surroundings. The property is situated on a slope, offering a unique vantage point for taking in the natural beauty of the area.  
  
Other Information  
To reach House "Leonardo", you will need to navigate a 9-kilometer long narrow motor access road, which is a mountain road. Parking is available at a public lot located 50 meters away. Conveniences such as a supermarket are located 9.5 kilometers from the property, while the railway station "Colico" is 17 kilometers away. Additionally, there is a sandy beach "Sorico (La Punta)" located 9.5 kilometers from the house, and an outdoor swimming pool can be found 11 kilometers away. For those interested in boating, a marina is situated 11 kilometers from the property, and a golf course (18 holes) is located 40 kilometers away.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
House "Leonardo" is situated 9 kilometers from the center of Sorico, 70 kilometers from the center of Como, and 55 kilometers from the center of Lecco. Nearby attractions include the Cycle path Sorico - Domaso and the Chiesa San Miro. Well-known lakes that can be easily reached from the property include Lago di Mezzola. For hiking enthusiasts, the Pian di Spagna hiking paths are also within reach.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans across 3 levels and has a total area of 100 square meters. The main level is the upper ground floor, where you'll find a rustic and tastefully furnished open living room with a TV and access to a balcony. This level also has one double bedroom. The spacious, open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, and electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table and access to a terrace. There is also a hip bath, bidet, and WC on this level. Please note that heating is available but not in all rooms. The upper floor features a room with one double bed and one bunk bed accommodating two people. This level also has a small balcony and a small terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation rental comes with a wide range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a large patio, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs (2). You can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains from the outdoor areas. Other amenities provided are a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. For your convenience, internet (WiFi, free) is also available.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of 1 pet/dog is allowed. The property has a capacity of 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The rental has a unique identification code of CIR:013216-LNI-00007\. You will need to provide your own towels during your stay.
