Immerse yourself in the natural beauty surrounding the vacation rental. The property is situated just 4 km from the pristine lake and 900 m from a picturesque river. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of the nearby cycle lane, just 20 m away, and a children's playground within 750 m. For water activities, a marina and surf school are conveniently located 4.5 km and 4.2 km away, respectively.

The comfortable furnishings include an open large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), a dining table, and a TV. There is one double bedroom and one room with two beds. The small, open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment features a bath, bidet, and WC (toilet). Gas heating is available only from October 15 to April 15\. Additionally, you will have access to a patio and terrace furniture, including deck chairs (2). The view from the apartment overlooks the countryside. Other amenities include a washing machine, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge, and parking is available for two cars.
