"so enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and so pleasant. The kitchenette was so well-stocked. The small balcony off the bedroom was a haven. The pool and hot tub were a treat. Every staff member we spoke with was pleasant and kind, treating us like family. The place is so close to the park, but it is also so close to restaurants, shopping, and park transportation. We will stay here every time we're in the area. "The room was fine, but the showerpan was like ice when wet. The bedframe sticks out way too far and everyone hit their toes or shins on it more than once. There is no staff. Everything is handled via phone or text. They text a code you use to get in your room. No ice maker on the premises. It's located in a good area and the Zion shuttle pickup is right out front. "

"Breakfast arrangement with Oscar’s cafe was great and saved our family quite a bit. The location is great with a beautiful view and right at the shuttle stop #7. It is also walkable to many of the restaurants in Springdale. Parking was easy in the hotel lot. However, there is a nightly fee to park your car at the hotel that is not included with the room. The room was accessible from the parking lot and also out to the pool. The rooms were of good size and comfortable. The pool was small but still clean. There was not a water bottle filling station but that was accessible at the Zion Visitor’s Center. It was nice to have access to an ice machine and to laundry facilities onsite. There is also some grassy space outdoors with benches to enjoy the weather and/or views when relaxing at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. "
