Excellent Stay in the Gold Country!!

Two families used this property as a base for exploring the Gold Country. The house was clean and had all the amenities for cooking that you could want. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was good. It is close to everything - 10 minutes into town and about 30 minutes to 2 different lakes. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. Would definitely use again!!

Our yearly family vacation we choose this property and we’re pleased

Our family has been taking vacations yearly and we always manage to find homes that have been very nice like this one, the pool was a plus for sure. The queen beds and living room sofas were a bit on the soft side. The ping pong table was a nice to have after a day of swimming. The kitchen was nice to work in and loved the pantry cabinet perfect for all the dry items., but could use a few more pots with lids and baking pans. The ovens were not used due to not cleaned and added foil to cover up the baked on food. Renee and April were very responsive when we had a problem with the garbage being full when we arrived and was handled before we checked out. Thank you Renee and April 😊

Great stay!

We came to Sonora for a wedding. This was a fantastic place to stay. The pool was a nice touch for our kids. The only issue I had was we had a lawn company show up during our stay. It was uncomfortable to have them attempting to garden with my kids in the pool and outside. Other than that the beds were great the house had all of the amenities you could need. I loved that they label all the cabinets to find items in the house. We all enjoyed the stay. The property is well maintained and the home is very spacious. Perfect for a family, and friends.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is quite spacious for 8 people. Backyard is huge and beautiful with pool, fire pit and hot tub. Renee was a gracious host and clearly communication. Easy checkin and checkout.

Relaxing get away

This is a lovely house with great amenities. It is impeccably clean, which is always nice but especially reassuring during this pandemic. The owner was incredibly responsive to a few questions. I would highly recommend this lovely get away and plan to return myself!

Peaceful retreat!

Beautiful get-away during COVID! Sonora is an old historic town, with quaint small shops, but just a few minutes away and there are plenty of amenities, groceries, take-out, Walmart etc...A few hours away and you're in YOSEMITE! Renee, the homeowner is super friendly and helpful. The large home is perfect for a family retreat, from a teenager to an 87 year old with a walker! The property is quiet and surrounded by trees. The unheated pool is refreshing on a hot day! Only stay if you want some true R&R, and sit out back during the late hours and stare into the star filled sky!

Excellent place for family get away

Our family had an amazing time. Property and house were clean and cozy. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. We liked it so much we didn’t even venture out. I recommend this rental. Spoke to owner and she was nice and very informative. We will definitely go back.

Beautiful and clean home stocked with everything you need ! My kids loved the pool and grounds ! Communication with owner was easy and she was so very sweet and responded very quickly!! We will definitely be coming back !

Peaceful & Relaxing Family Retreat

Our family just returned from this property, 2 adults and teens 15, 17 and 19. We had such a fun time staying on the property and only leaving for a day at the lake and a quick Safeway run. Everything was there...pool, pool toys, basketball hoop, fire pit, bbq, views, space to wander and just relax and reset. We even saw a few deer and had a wonderful view of the stars and neowise comet that was happening. We also brought our dog along and he loved the space and it was very pet friendly. Renee was super helpful with questions before and during the stay as well and the house felt so clean and well maintained which made it all the more easy and relaxing. We plan to return next summer with extended family!

This was a great and quiet location. The pool was wonderful and made the trip for us. Communication with the owner was great and they went out of their way (literally) to make sure our stay was good. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

The house was very clean and well set up for guests. The property was beautiful and quiet. Most of all, the homeowner was incredibly responsive and accommodating! It was a wonderful weekend and my family is already talking about going again for a summer time getaway.

Birthday/Superbowl weekend

Beautiful property! Perfect for my birthday/Superbowl weekend. We barbecued, we sat around the fire pit, we sat in the hot tub, we saw deer, we watched the game, we all wanna go back. The entire family had a blast. We’re already looking for dates in the warmer season to go back and jump in that pool. Thanks for letting us in your house, it had everything we needed and more.
