I would not recommend this hotel. Wifi never works. Poor customer service. My room that they gave me was not cleaned and someone took a massive dump without flushing. I changed rooms and that one was smelly.

This property seemed like it was under construction and not fully done. The numbers of the rooms were taped to the doors.There was a large gap under many of the doors and the heating didn't work. There was only one towel in the room. The location was convenient for food with Burger King and Taco Bell in the parking lot and a Starbucks right across the street. Parking was also very easy.

I stayed there 1/25/2024. I booked 2 rooms. One for my 94yr old dad and one for myself. Our rooms had no working heaters and was told there wasn't any maintenance on site to fix it until the next day. I went to the front desk to ask for soap and was told i wasn't the only asking and that they didn't have any. There was also no washcloths, TV didnt get channels and wires exposed in room. I went to the office at 2am, called at 3am and 4:30am out of frustration. When i called at 430am i asked them to document my reaervation since i didnt sleep because it was too cold. I didnt shower because it was too cold and no soap or washclothes. i wanted a refund and to make a complaint. When i left i spoke to Shai and she promised me a call by end of day, after she spoke to management. Still waiting for that phone call. Hotel is goodnite inn outside hotel and on internet, inn at rohnert park on wall in lobby and on internet and comfort inn on another sign in lobby. Girl working at night said they were going to be quality inn soon she thought. She wasn't even sure of their name.

This property was still under remodel construction. The work was done during proper hours so I was not inconvenienced in any way. For a cheap motel this was much better than expected and I do like how it is perfectly situated with the highway, shopping and restaurants.

This was the cheapest hotel in Sonoma County this weekend and it was definitely worth the money. The other cheap one, Budge Inn, was horrible. This hotel was clean for all things in the room. The only part I didn't like was my room was entered even though I put a "Do not disturb" sign on the door and there were tweakers fighting on the 3rd floor around 3 or 4am.

They put m in an occupied room twice then in a room with no tv. Then after i checked out they took my deposit and charged me $175 extra because the smoke detector still had plastic wrapping on it as ot was brand new and the whole place was under construction.

I booked for 2 nights. The area was good with alot of dinning, store, casino around area. The hotel seemed to be going through remodeling so it was acceptable. First impression when walking into room was wondering where the tv was located. Room had no TV... The next morning we left early so we left beds undone and used bath towels in bathroom. We left a $$ tip as a gesture of saying thank you for cleaning room, but when we got back that night found a couple clean towels on table and $$tip taken whiche that was fine. Yet i didnt like the fact they didnt do nothing to room they didnt do the beds the bathroom was the way we left it except with no dirty towels on floor and our room trash was not emptied out at all. Seemed like they walked in left the toweles grabbed the $$tip and left without doing anything to room. 1st time i ever experienced something like this

Love all the improvements at hotel since the upgrades. Absolutely love that the elevator works now. Everything was great, especially the price. The only thing that was different from staying here tons of times is the new $100 deposit regardless if you pre-pay. Other than that great improvements.
