It's a little run down, could use a facelift. Parking very limited. We had 30 guests staying for a HS Reunion and they wanted to charge $800 to use their conference room

The staff was happy and helpful. The room was spacious and renovated. I prefer accommodations that provide breakfast, but this has been discontinued since the pandemic. The room also smelled of pot when first entered, but ventilation with the bathroom fan, window slightly opened, and HVAC fan on high cleared the air reasonably quickly.

Have stayed here twice now the past two years. A little bit inconvenient if you want to be right downtown, but parking is super easy and there’s a great coffee shop across the street.

The walls are very thin. We were woken at 3 am because the guests in the next room were talking. They were very loud, but it didn’t sound like fighting. It sounded like a normal conversation, but it went on for over an hour. We tried sleeping at the other end of the bed to see if that helped, but it didn’t. They really need to fix this. The room is really nice, and the bed comfortable, but we got a terrible night’s sleep.

Given an unrequested handicapped room, horrible bathroom, no vanity only a sink. Soap dish on toilet tank. Outlets at nightstand unusable, plugs fell out. Desk chair height collapsed to lowest level, good thing we weren’t trying to work. Lobby in back, poor design. Desk said check in at 4, but earlier if we bought a membership. Our confirmation said 3. Won’t be staying here again.

The photos of this property are not reliable. This is like a cheap motel with very basic facilities. We were super disappointed as we were hoping for a more upscale stay. Will never stay at any best western again. The rooms were ok, very basic with a average mattress. The TV was old and no option for smart TV. The walkways were dirty and of cheap flooring.

We are a Best Western Core hotel that offers great value in a town were hotel prices are very high year round. In reading your comments it looks like you were looking for an upscale hotel experience which our hotel does not offer or advertise to be. There are many upscale hotels located in Healdsburg to choose from that offer rates starting from 200 -400 more per night than our Best Western. Thus, making our hotel a great value on any given night. Location is great. Staff seemed nice. Building is LOUD. They put laminate floor in, which is great for cleanliness, but it was loud. Our neighbors above us were up super later and then up early the next morning. We had to put music on and could still hear them walking everywhere. I think we may also heard people walking outside all night. If I stayed again, it would only be on the third floor. The amenities are limited for the cost.

A very funky room. I did not ask for the handicapped room, but that’s where we were put. We didn’t particularly like it. Also, there weren’t enough blankets on the bed and we had a hard time dealing with the heater.

Like most BW they should have a breakfast. Was suprised that this location did not even have a cold breakfast option. The used to have a very nice breakfast that saved you lots of time... Not anymore

Nice, but noisy.
The hotel is clean and updated. Our room was nice, and mostly comfortable. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin so we had to listen to the couple next door talk, watch a movie, and get up in the middle of the night to clear her throat for 10 minutes, at 3:30am. Ugh!

Not as expected.
We were sorry to see breakfast and pool with hot tub not available. The bed didn’t have enough covers and was worn on the edges. The coffee table had lots of scratches. We liked the couch and roominess. The room was clean.

Room was comfortable and the property in a good location. Only big issue is noise. There was a family next door (room had a lock off in case someone wanted 2 adjoining). We could hear everything...the door/walls are paper thin. At a minimum they should try NOT to place potentially loud families next to couples. Had 2 nights of terrible sleep.

Used to like this property. The cleaning solution fumes in our room were so strong that I was coughing and my eyes burned. No other rooms available. Had to have maintenance open our window a bit more to try to air it out. Took over a day to not be as strong. Streets are noisy right next to it. They used to serve breakfast - no longer do that. They sold their back building to Hilton - I didn’t realize that. Those were the much nicer rooms. They were also going to charge me $40 for checking in one hour early. I have stayed here prob 6 or 7 times over the years - won’t be staying here anymore.

This is not a common experience and we will contact our supply vendor to review the products they are selling to us, to ensure other guests do not have the same experience. I regret you were disappointed that we do not provide breakfast service at our hotel. In December of 2019, (prior to the pandemic) our hotel went to a breakfast package program with Adel’s our on site restaurant located just steps away from the hotel lobby in the parking lot. The breakfast package is available for booking on our franchise web site. The information is also noted on our hotel web page.With respect to our former Villa rooms. These rooms were rebranded one year ago to a Hilton Tapestry under the same ownership. Neither hotel has been sold. Thank you again for taking the time to complete the survey.
