The dojo has two separate living quarters which made it perfect for my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson to stay with us. Our stay at Jim and Linda's Dojo was a memorable one! The place was immaculate, Jim was quick to meet us upon our arrival to show us everything we needed to know about the place and provided some helpful suggestions about places to visit and eat during our stay. They even provided us with a bottle of wine from their favorite vineyard! The house is just a short walk from Sonoma Square and about a half hour drive from downtown Napa, very convenient location for anything you may have planned in the area. This was 20 minutes away from all the weekend events. The layout was perfect especially with having 2nd bedroom with full bathroom away from main dining area. It also had its own kitchen. The VRBO was stocked with all the amenities of home. We had washer/dryer inside home, which was a huge PLUS!! Patrick was reassuring throughout our entire (5) night stay, and met us upon arrival, reviewed everything and left a wonderfully helpful handbook guide. Downtown Sonoma was close to restaurants, wineries and shops. Patrick even left a bottle of wine for us, which was very kind. We were able to cook as well, since all kitchen equipment and utensils were provided. That was really great! It was really great to have such a huge outdoor area and we sat outside as often as possible! Patrick checked in on us as well, which was extremely nice and made all (4) of us gals feel even more secure. The VRBO was well lit at night and doors very secure which was important for us. This was the best VRBO experience and we highly recommend this comfortable home away from home vacation spot!
