The home was clean, beds were comfortable and neighborhood was very nice. The weather was not great during our stay so we didn't use much of the outside amenities. There are lots of nice outside sitting areas that would make this an ideal spot in nicer weather. We had a one year old with us, and the neighborhood was wonderful for a stroller ride and walk to a coffee shop. It's a short drive to beautiful wineries and restaurants. My friends and I had a lovely stay at Newcomb cottage. The house is spacious, well equipped with all of the essentials, in a wonderful area with restaurants, shops, and convenience stores all in walking distance, and has an absolutely lovely outdoor space.
