The town centre, pedestrian zone and the beach are only a few minutes’ walk away. From the two covered terraces, where you can enjoy relaxing hours, you have direct access to the beautiful Mediterranean garden. The holiday home offers three bedrooms for up to five guests, two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms, gas central heating, WiFi internet, satellite TV and a large rooftop terrace with hammocks and sun loungers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. A washing machine, dryer, bed linen and towels are also provided. Two baby cots and two high chairs can be ordered free of charge in advance. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Smoking is permitted, but only outside the house. Within a 10 minute walk, approximately 650 metres, you will reach the beautiful long sandy beach with fine sand, gently sloping shoreline, turquoise blue water and a lovely promenade. Parking spaces are available directly on the property. Cala Millor offers a long and fine sandy beach, a beautiful promenade with many shops, cafés and restaurants and is therefore one of the most popular holiday resorts on the east coast of Mallorca for families. In Cala Millor and the surrounding area, you will find a wide range of activities and attractions for a varied and enjoyable holiday. Cala Bona, with its small and charming fishing harbour, and the nearby scenic nature reserve Punta de n’Amer with its historic tower and stunning views, are always worth a visit. Within a radius of about 10 km around Cala Millor, you will find four golf courses: Club Son Servera, Pula Golf, Canyamel Golf and Capdepera Golf. Activities in and around Cala Millor include golf, tennis, glass bottom boat trips, jet skiing, banana boat rides, surfing, paragliding, pedal boating, Segway tours, horse riding, mountain biking, football camps and much more. The tourist tax in Mallorca is not included in the rental price. The tax is 2 euros per adult per day in holiday homes and fincas during the high season (May to October) and 0.50 euros during the low season (November to April). From the ninth day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by half. Children up to and including 15 years of age are exempt from this tax. Heating costs from October to April are not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption (meter reading), if applicable. Es war alles sehr sauber. Im Bad befinden sich Handtuchheizungen, die wir bei unserem Aufenthalt Anfang April gern genutzt haben. Auch Heizkörper sind in den Räumen für die kältere Jahreszeit vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benötigt. Zusätzlich sind über den Betten moderne Ventilatoren angebracht. In den schön angelegten Garten haben wir gern gesessen und auch gegrillt. Durch die Lage war es sehr ruhig und dennoch konnte man nach einem kurzen Fussmarsch schnell die Standpromenade mit seinen Geschäften und Restaurants erreichen. Hier sind unsere Eindrücke: Lage und Umgebung: Das Ferienhaus liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Innenstadt von Cala Millor (ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß). Ein Aldi-Discounter (ca. 8 Min.) und eine gute Pizzeria (ca. 2 Min.) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung hatten wir einen Mietwagen angemietet. Ausstattung: Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und bietet jeglichen Komfort, inkl. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern und einer Heizung für die Wintermonate. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und die 5 Betten (drei Schlafzimmer) sind bequem. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Terrasse, wo wir alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben, die Dachterrasse, auf der wir öfter Spieleabende veranstaltet haben, sowie der tolle Garten. Sauberkeit: Das Ferienhaus war makellos sauber. Es ist so eingerichtet und ausgestattet, dass es auch während des Aufenthalts gut sauber zu halten ist. Gastgeber: Mario, der Gastgeber, ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da er nicht in Cala Millor wohnt, wird er von einer freundlichen Dame unterstützt, die bei allen Belangen vor Ort behilflich ist (mussten wir nicht in Anspruch nehmen) und auch die Schlüsselübergabe vornimmt. Fazit: Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Es war ein perfekter Familienurlaub, und wir planen, dort bald wieder unsere Ferien zu verbringen. ##### Carolin P. Wir fühlten uns alle von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl und wurden natürlich auch unglaublich nett empfangen! Das Haus und der Garten sind in einem topp Zustand und alles hier ist mit Verstand und Liebe eingerichtet. Überhaupt lässt die Innenausstattung wohl keine Wünsche offen und auch der Garten und die Begehung des Daches sind selbst für Kinder gut und gefahrlos zu meistern. Garten-/ Terrassenmöbel sind ausreichend vorhanden, funktional und geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da es etwas abseits der trubeligen Stadt gelegen, aber dennoch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir konnten uns herrlich entspannen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Casa Sophia. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und alles lief unkompliziert. Die späte Ankunft um 22.00 war kein Problem und zur Begrüßung gab es sogar frisches Obst und Sekt. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, sogar eine Heizung für die kälteren Tage. Die Lage ist super, ruhig in einer Nebenstraße, man kann fußläufig einkaufen und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch und wird liebevoll gepflegt. Auf der großen Dachterrasse kann man in Hängematten entspannen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. ##### Cornelia T. Wir haben nichts an Ausstattung vermisst, der Garten ist wunderschön. Unten hat man viel natürlichen Schatten durch Pflanzen und eine wunderschöne Palme, ober auf dem Dach Sonne pur. Es ist wirklich prima durchdacht. Die Technik funktioniert einwandfrei, das Internet ist schnell, wir haben im März tatsächlich auch die Heizung benötigt, alles klasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer freundlich und zielführend, vielen Dank nochmal. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen und würden sie bestimmt auch wieder buchen. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Strand war fußläufig binnen 15 Minuten zu erreichen und mit Strand ist hier der Sandbereich vor dem Meer gemeint. Garrover, in der das FEHA in einem wunder- schönen Garten liegt, dominiert von 1 großen Palme. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Besonders zu erwähnen die sehr gute Betreuung durch Bea Tolo vor Ort, die trotz Ankunft gegen 23:00 vor Ort war, den Check-In professionell machte und auch bei Abreise auf die Minute zur Übergabe pünktlich war. ##### Georg R. Küche mit Geschirrspüler Backofen Mikrowellen usw. Alles in neuwertigen Zustand lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schlafzimmer, Bad, Terasse alles Note 1 bis 2 .Sehr ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße aber nur 10 min zu einem riesigem Aldi und ca. 15 min zum Sandstrand. Zu Fuß sind Strand, Strandpromenade, Bars,Gaststätten und Aldi erreichbar. Es ist im Haus wirklich alles da,was man so braucht.Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und den schönen Garten und die Dachterrasse bewundert.Vielen Dank, dass wir uns hier erholen durften. Es ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus und liegt in einer recht ruhigen Umgebung. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und groß, sodass Kinder reichlich Platz zum Spielen haben. Innerhalb von 10 – 15 Gehminuten ist man in der Stadt und am Strand von Cala Millor. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und äußerst unkompliziert. Alle Anfragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet, – ihm ist es sehr wichtig, dass man einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt hat. Übergabe des Hauses verlief sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Trotz Flugverspätung verlief der die Hausübernahme schnell und problemlos. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles für eine schönen Urlaub.
