Very comfortable and quiet room even though it was overlooking the pool area. Enormous comfortable bed. Air conditioning was good and easy to control. Bathroom was excellent with walk in shower. Very good hot and cold buffet breakfast.

We had a great stay at Es Princep and will return someday. The beautifully-designed Es Princep is located within walking distance to all of the incredible sights of the old city of Palma. This is important to note as we discovered it was faster to walk (8-12 minutes) than wait 5 minutes for a taxi (8 Euros). We were consistently greeted and served by an excellent front-desk team. They helped us to: plan our sightseeing trips, get our car from the garage, obtain tickets to the Cathedral of Santa Maria de Palma (Gaudi’s modifications), and recommended excellent local restaurants. Additionally, the food and staff in their delicious breakfast buffet were top notch. As was the housekeeping staff who were all hardworking and friendly.

when we arrived to the room notice the following : 1- AC is not working , that took 2 hours to fix 2- Towels were not enough that they brought quickly 3- phone is not working and it stay that way until we left 4- try to use the safe , its not working and apparently there is charge to use it 30 euro which we paid , but still was not able to use it until the following day, we stayed in many hotels in different countries never had to pay to use the safe that was very strange. 5- all workers hang outside from our room in the street smoking and chatting until sometime 2 am. For us we will never stay here again , there is much better places don't waste your money. the only good thing was the staff friendly , even sometimes we have to find translator as several don't speak English ( other than the reception area)

Let’s start by saying all inclusive doesn’t really mean all inclusive , only 3 drinks at lunch and 3 at dinner which would have been okay if they gave you a selection to choose from ( only beer or wine, not even cocktail choice) . The food was AWFUL!! i’m sorry it was awful. The staff was very nice and did their best , not a reflection of them as people. But the quality of food and what it means to be an all inclusive is misleading and not true at this resort. Being from the states, this is not what we are used to when going to all inclusive. Also the surrounding town was not enjoyable, very frat like and the street was dirty.
