"great place, great location just a short drive from austria, slovenia or croatia. very friendly reception, great breakfast, there is even a terrase to sit in the summer. basic rooms but you absolutely get what you pay for. it is very unfair to leave them bad reviews, for this price u simply cant get better than this! there is even gated parking and wifi for free!"

"Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...

"Hair in eggs on breakfast and the worst thing is that the staff was checking the availability and didn’t care at all. The bathroom cabin leaks a lot after an average shower. "The hotel exceeded our expectations, our room was clean, comfortable and had a lake view. The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods. I would rank the culinary experience, what we had in the hotel into the top five out of the hundreds of hotels we have stayed in worldwide over the decades."
