With tasteful interiors and thoughtful amenities, you’ll feel right at home. The property features 4 bedrooms, including 2 family rooms with mezzanines and en-suite bathrooms, offering both space and privacy. Explore the surrounding beauty with day trips to nearby towns like Durbuy, La-Roche-en-Ardenne, or Marche-en-Famenne. Whether you prefer hiking, biking, or even rafting, the region offers a wide range of outdoor activities for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Unwind in the private wellness outbuilding that includes a jacuzzi and a sauna, or enjoy a sunny afternoon on the terrace with a barbecue and a view of the garden. Children can have fun in the small playground, while adults relax and recharge. This Somme-Leuze home blends comfort and leisure for an unforgettable holiday in the Ardennes.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
