No parties, events or smoking permitted.  
Security deposit authorization required, $500.  
🚫 We cannot accommodate 24-hour arrivals. If you expect to arrive after 10 PM, please let us know ahead of time.  
This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA), not a resort. Tenants are obliged to adhere to the rules of the HOA which will be accessible in the guest portal and the property binder inside the rental. If fines are incurred due to Tenant behavior, those fines will be collected from that Tenant.  
A signature on the Rental Agreement is required for all stays, the link will be emailed to you upon booking.  
Pets must be leashed outside, they are not permitted on furniture and must be cleaned up after on the grounds. $100/pet for stays 14 days or less, price varies for longer term stays. Max 2 pets.  
Pool passes permitted for the # the property can sleep up to a max of 10 passes per property.  
Long term stays are plus utilities and $1000 security deposit.  
⚡Mountain weather may cause occasional power or internet outages. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Well furnished bungalow with good kitchen and appliances. We n the edge of the golf course and close to the pool and courts. Lovely walks and relaxing times on the deck. Easy from start to finish. We would definitely go back to this house.

#### Great house and location

Stayed here over the weekend for my daughter's wedding. The house was lovely, very comfortable. The only flaw was my error. It said one level house but there is a step of about 8 inches into the living area and another one into the main bedroom. I called Holly and within the hour, we had a board to use to make the step shorter. The beds were all very comfortable and spacious. If we ever need to stay in the area again, I would definitely like to stay there.

Our family of seven, 6 adults and one toddler, gathered for a long weekend in this beautiful home. The pictures of the home are truly what it looks like and even better. It had everything we needed and more than we expected. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. It is one floor which was perfect for our toddler. We didn't have to worry about gating steps. There was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor area was relaxing. It was close to the pool, play area and walking trails. It was truly a home away from home. The host was excellent in answering my questions prior to our trip. We appreciate her sharing her home with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, nicely appointed home, very clean. Easy check in, good communication before and during stay. My son loved the bunkbed room w/ the large stuffed dog. Super comfortable bunks/ he slept better than at home. Large master bedroom. Loved all the blankets around the home for chilly evenings. Plenty of soap and paper products in the bathrooms which we appreciated. The master bedroom has a large TV while the family/ living room has a small TV. The small TV was in a location not centrally located in the room/ kind of off to the side/ made it hard to see unless sitting on couch sideways. Only suggestion would be to switch the big TV to the living room and put it in a central location like over fireplace so it is easier to see and could also then see from dining room and kitchen (good for the cook!). Otherwise, everything was great. The house sits right on the golf course. We are not golfers but decided to try the course. It was huge/ long course and absolutely beautiful landscape. Several nice parks nearby. Would recommend.
